Ocean of Soul

The Ocean of Soul has earned its reputation as one of the premier marching bands in the southwest. The TSU Marching Band has played for the Houston Oilers, Houston Texans, and Dallas Mavericks. In 2004, the Ocean of Soul performed at the Super Bowl XXXVIII Halftime Show in Houston, TX.
